Journaling with Intent: Reflect through guided journaling to clarify and crystallise what 'abundance' truly means for you and what you wish to manifest.
Meditation: Engage in a soothing meditation designed to connect you deeper with your intentions and the universe's endless opportunities.
Artistic Expression: With Catherine’s expert guidance, create a personal, tangible artwork that will serve as a daily reminder of your abundance goals and anchor in your desires so that you can move forward step by step.
